rev:text	Worst movers, EVER!! From start to finish! They were 8 hours late on the day of our move. They realized they were not going to be able to finish that day so they just put stickers on everything and left. Promised to be back at 7 AM and showed up at 10 AM. They got right to work but took SEVERAL breaks, slowed down as the day progressed and then left for 2 hours to go get dinner. When they returned only 2 out of the 4 guys got back to work. The other 2 slept in the truck. At 11:00 PM we were wondering why it was very quiet upstairs only to find the 2 guys ASLEEP on our floor!!!!! My husband was beyond IRATE and explained to them that we HAD to be out of our place by 9:00 AM, the next day, and that they needed to get the hell up and WORK!!!!! Realizing, that they would never be able to finish on their own my husband began moving our furniture!!!! Ummmm.......we should not have had to lift a finger!!! Finally, at 4:00 in the MORNING the job was done. Then, when we attempted to call to report this horrible experience we got the run around from Kayla promising us they would take care of things.........it took months to ever talk to a live person because every time we called Kayla was in a "meeting". WHATEVER!! Total lies and HORRIBLE customer service!! Next, when are stuff arrived to our new home the movers were lazy, rough with ur belongings and plain rude. After, we unpacked everything we realized that $5,000 worth of damage had been done to our stuff!!!! We filed a claim and only received $380 back from them almost a whole year later!! WORST moving company EVER!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!
