  • This is Starbucks sucks for customer service. Usually, you can go into a StarBucks and get a free coffee for your birthday. So, I went in on my birthday today for a free coffee and was treated rudely. When I inquired about getting a coffee the manager was like, "Oh, we don't do that Birthday stuff here." Thumbs down won't be back.
