  • The customer service was horrible. Pete was on the phone when we walked in. Not at anytime during the call does he acknowledge our presence or apologize for time the call was taking. After about 5 minutes, surprised we stayed that long, he gave a flat, "may I help you?" Everyone that came in after us received warm and hearty hellos. It smelled like old smoke in there. We will not be returning.
