One of my friends recommended this place,and he said it was one of the best cheesecakes he's had in a while. Obviously I had to try it out for myself.
I got the double fromage cheesecake 4.5" ($18.75) because this is the cake that my friend told me about. Honestly not a cake I would purchase on a random day. It's more of a special occasion cake purchase. I only say this because of the price and size. Like the cake itself tastes delicious and it has a difference in taste/texture from a regular Japanese cheesecake (spongy) or American cheesecake (creamy). It's a blend of spongy bottom and creamy at the top with the added bonus of frozen centre depending on how long you let it sit out for out of the freezer.
So yes it's a different cake, that's worth a try if what I described hits your palette, or you're a cheesecake connoisseur.
I think I will try the tart next time I go !
