This rinky-dink hardware store has been on Carson Street since time immemorial. Sadly, it's hard for a shop like this to compete with a Home Depot or Lowe's, but we needed some things to hook up our new dryer as well as an extension cord, and surely enough, Vogt True Value had everything.
With all the clubs, bars, and restaurants around South Side, it's easy to forget that a hardware store exists.
I mean, a yuppie or hipster might need light bulbs or a hammer or...screws or something.
