  • We absolutely love this place. We just renewed for our 2 year, and we looked elsewhere but realized this is was our best option even though it was more expensive by a few hundred than other places that are comparable. It's apartment living, so there will never be complete silence, no matter where you go. We do hear our upstairs neighbor but it's mainly the walking around, but it's not that bad as other places I've lived (like Vistara in Gilbert was terrible). We're facing out towards the street so you can hear outside noise sometimes but it's bearable. There's clearly a new building being built, so there will be that noise from time to time. I have never heard our next door neighbors so that's a huge plus. I have left my car out of the gate multiple times and it's been fine, I've never heard of anyone getting broken into and have never seen the police here for such reasons. The amenities are unbelievable and are a huge plus. We toured the best of the best apartments/condos in the area and this is hands down the best for your money and worth the extra money.
