  • Upon purchasing a Groupon for cut & color in November, I immediately contacted the salon to book an appointment. You can't book over the phone, you have to email so I did and within a day or two I received a response notifying me that it would be a MONTH wait. Given the price, I thought the wait would be manageable. So a month later, the day before my appointment which I had been patiently waiting for, I received a call notifying me that the stylist whom I was scheduled with had an incident and would be unable to make it. I was understanding, but asked if there was any one else or any other time that I could be seen. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and made me feel like I was not being understanding of the circumstance (which is not true considering I had the same occurrence over the summer). After she yelled at me angrily without cause, I asked if there was anything she, the company could do for me, the customer. Hesitantly, she told me to come on Saturday at 6 pm. Although I was very frustrated with the conversation and was already uninterested in going to the appt in fear that they would purposely do not the best job, I showed up Saturday night. There was a single woman working and when I told her I had an appointment she blankly stared at me told me that they stylist hadn't been there all day, she would not be coming in and there was nothing she could do for me. She told me to "call her" as if I had her number or it was my job to get in contact after I had been let down twice. I may not be able to comment on the quality of haircut/color the stylist would have given me, but this was legitimately the WORST SERVICE I have ever received. They are clearly not concerned about their customers and screwed me over TWICE. The price is right, but the rest is absolutely wrong. Had to contact Groupon to refund the item. Wouldn't even give this place the $40 the Groupon is worth.
