  • Seems very exciting at first,cheap rent, nice little place, but what isn't told is the almost weekly water shut offs and the homeless people always walking around. On one occasion there was a homeless man sleeping in the game room in the "gated area."Least safe I felt in my entire life. Management is shitty, when I asked if I had anything left over to pay they said no so I figured I was good right? Nope called them about two months later to get my deposit and they tell me I owe 400$ or it goes to collection . Also there was always something happening animals peeing in the elevator and no one cleaning it. Basically if you want to live somewhere that doesn't give a shit about you and quite frankly the facility go ahead and live here ,just please be safe
