I came here with a large group for dinner. Drinks seemed prompt and the server seemed attentive in the beginning. We all ordered food and when it finally started to make its way out everything looked good. My food didn't quite make it out the first, 2nd or 3rd round. The server never came around to make sure everyone had their food. He refilled drinks and didn't acknowledge my empty place setting. The next time he came around I asked about my food, he said "Oh let me go check on that". Thanks...about 5 to 10 minutes later he came around and said the kitchen sold my food to someone else because it was ready too early. Should be about 6 more minutes for my food to come out.
Meanwhile, everyone is halfway done with dinner. 6 minutes past...nothing. 10 minutes passed and everyone is pretty much done. He finally comes around and says it should be right out. About 5 minutes later I finally got my food! Unfortunately everyone was done and we had to leave because we had somewhere to be. As soon as my plate was served I asked for a box. He mentioned he wasn't charging me. I hope not!
I was surprised management didn't come over to apologize, especially since we were a rather large party. I finally got home a few hours later to microwave my food (steak is better microwaved anyway, right?) and my medium steak was rare. I know, first world problem. But someone majorly dropped the ball this time.
