If I was able to put no stars I would...USAA has horrible customer service. I was hit by one of their insured customers and I get nothing but the run around. They accepted liability, it was no question that it was not their fault. I had to call USAA to open the claim, I have to call them to follow up on the status, they do not communicate with you at all. I had to take my truck to a preferred shop so they can get a quicker estimate and I am still waiting to hear back. I call to follow up and the shop says they sent the estimate to USAA, I call USAA and they say they have not received anything and that it is in the shops hands. They do not follow up with the shop to see where the estimate is. They do not put any effort in trying to get your claim resolved AT ALL. If I was looking for Insurance, USAA would NOT be in one of my choices.
