Initially I had a good experience here I walked in kind of late and they took me for a gel mani and pedi. The girl that did my nails was very friendly and I thought I'd probably make this my nail place since it's so close to the house. My daughter needed her nails done for prom but didn't do her toes...she had her nails done elsewhere, when she decided last minute to wear open toed shoes....I told her to give this place a try...
She went and loved it. She said she could understand them when they spoke and she enjoyed them. She liked the work they did on her pedi.
Well several weeks after she decided to soak off her acrylics and would give this place a try. The lady refused to soak them and pried them off with a tool. My daughter said she kept
Telling her it hurt and asked to soak them but the girl refused.
My daughter came home I'm tears. I asked why she didn't just get up and leave and she didn't even realize that was an option...I guess at 16 you don't know how to handle things like this. She had cuts everywhere and blood everywhere
I say don't go here. Taking advantage of a kid and hurting someone who is crying is not cool.
They burned her with the dremel tool and her natural nails were sanded down so low with that tool.
