| - This is very average cuisine but good for a quick bite of comfort food.
Being that I was told that Kevin Wu, the proprietor of the original Royal Star Dim Sum seafood restaurant in the Venetian, was the creator of Noodle Asia, I got excited being that for more than half a decade, I frequented Royal Star in both Santa Monica as well as in the Venetian before it closed its doors.
NO DIM SUM. PHOOEY.
But alas, when I arrived, there was barely any Dim Sum available. It seems that nothing more is available other than rice & noodle dishes. I'm not even going to go through any of the dishes I've ordered over the visits I've had there because... well, you're not really gonna go here for the food. You're gonna go here if you want something of reasonable quality QUICKLY and at a good price.
GREAT FOR GRINDERS:
Here's the menu:

I would describe the cuisine here as more "filling" that "delicious". If you're in the Venetian Poker Room and need to carb up quickly, this is a great place to get served quickly, shovel down some food that's very edible, pay the bill, and get back to the next sit-and-go.
RELATIVELY CHEAP:
And if you're on a budget or you're a cheap assed Blackjack player, Noodle Asia is likely a great place to get filled up on reasonably priced food - relative to typical Vegas restaurants in a 4-star hotel.
...But for an amazing gastronomical experience, the dim sum are way, way, WAY tastier & better presented at Woo (at the Palazzo), albeit at prices 3x more expensive.
CONCLUSION:
Average food in good quantity at prices to match.
3-Stars.
