  • The only reason I'm even giving two stars is because the second person to help me (Sayid was his name, but I'm not sure that's how you spell it...) was wonderful and really helped me with trying on shoes and figuring out a good size. However, the FIRST person I had the pleasure (sarcasm inserted here) of encountering was named Jay and he was extremely rude and not helpful in the least. Seeing as how I have never been there before, and I didn't know where the shoe section was, I asked him politely where the Reebok Nanos were and he said, "What is that, like a FitBit or something?" Ummm, I would think if you worked in a sports store, you'd at least be somewhat familiar with what those are that I was looking for - they're shoes! So when I told him no, they are crossfit shoes, he said, "Oh, well have you tried looking in the shoes?" Look, if I knew where the shoe section was, I'd be over there! I'm asking where the shoe are located! He had this air about him like he didn't even want to be there and I was a bother to him just asking. Needless to say, I won't be back. Thanks Jay.
