  • The worst service ever. Very rude customer service. Terrible quality..the speed is urr....I paid 150/mo and never been happy. I am sure who ever experienced Internet and phone services elsewhere knows how dumb it is in Canada! Plus They sold me a promotion and they told I can cancel without any penalty, But I just came with a surprise bill, I spoke to a customer service named kalen and it was like I was speaking with a machine who can only repeat what has memorized... no connection, or at least just listen to your customer for once! Terrible!! I hope canada get developed in communication field !
