  • Scheduled annual service for my water filtration system a week ago and confirmed date and time would be 8/27 between 0700-0730. This shop has serviced my system in the past when they were Pinnacle Water. Technician never calls or shows and after 90 minutes past "appointment" time I had to leave and called to cancel--never received even an apology call. How hard is it to call if you are running late. Would not recommend this shop.
