  • Terrible terrible customer service. Our AC has been out for multiple days and they will not answer their phone reply to emails and the temp is over 100 degrees in the house. Worst customer service ever. Silvana and everyone is always away from desk or on the other line. It seams as though they do everything to avoid taking care of their tenants. Bad bad customer service all around.
