  • Bought a plant from Pistil specifically because the label said it was good for northern exposures, but, it turns out that the plant was mislabeled (a Jade, which is a succulent, and requires LOTS of direct light). I tried to get it exchanged, but they refused. (I checked, and they had a number of other Jade plants similarly mislabeled). Very disappointed. Will not be returning.
