  • My family and I have lived here for a couple of months and I LOOOVE it. The application process went smoothly and Jennifer, Elian (?) and Nicole are all very friendly and helpful. We are the first ones to live in our unit and everything was perfect. Work orders get taken care of in a timely matter and Jennifer always calls me within hours of the maintenance person leaving to check that the work order was completed to my satisfaction. All of the common areas, including the main gym and pool, are beautiful and very well kept. The doors to enter the buildings are always closed and you need a fob to be able to get in which I feel personally adds to me feeling more comfortable and safe in my home. Since it is a newer community there are still some things being worked on such as the front gate and the SECOND gym in our building. To me those are very minor things in comparison to all the positive at Aspire. Overall I am happy that I chose Aspire!!
