  • I have gone to this nail salon several times. It is inevitable every time with an appointment I have to wait at least 20 or more minutes. When I book an appointment with a specific person often they want to put me with someone else because that person is not available because another client is with him/her. They need a new manager in my opinion. One that cares and understands the importance of an appointment.
