rev:text	Okay... I gotta give kudos to one of the friendliest sales representative I've ever met. His name is Mark, and he was working at the key machine when we went. Totally friendly and chatty guy that put up with my picky self. LOL. I gotta like the key I get for my new place 'cause I'm associating it with the big step my boyfriend and I are making! Anyway, he let me know how the key numbers worked. Then he let me choose, gave me time to change my mind, then make a final decision. LOL. His smile was definitely contagious. Not to mention every representative I talk to here has always been nice, and I can always find what I need.
