  • My mother goes into pick up my dog, they bring out the dog and non of the assistant groomers seem to answer the question as to what happened to the dog. Clueless? Once the groomer lady comes out she says that due to high stress levels two blood vessels ruptured. She says coco was not letting her touch his face and was very afraid every time she put him on the grooming table. She also said that she didn't notice his eyes only after she was going in to do touch ups at the very end! We took him to the vet on desert inn and the Vet said that it looked like some sort of trauma and due to the severity of the redness his theory is he could have been chocked. No one can be too sure as to what exactly happened to my dog. They are very irresponsible people who did not give us a call to let us know that our dog was not "cooperating" or to inform us of the situation of our dog. They don't even ask for vaccination history like a groomers is suppose to. They seem to leave dogs unattended. My dog could have been left unattended and due to this jumped off the groomers table and was left hanging for a period of time. I do not recommend anyone going here.
