  • The dog park is a joke. Literally, I thought they were kidding when I pulled up. "Hey lets just fence off a stupidly disproportionate area compared to the size of this entire park and label it a, "dog run."" If there were an award for smallest dog park in America, this would win. Most backyards are bigger. On top of that, it's maintenance is clearly neglected. I didn't even enter the place because I could see the mud, lack of bags, and gaping holes in the fence. City of Tempe should really take another look at this situation as the other parks in the area might not be accessible to other pet owners. If you can make the trek, head to Mitchell, Papago or down South to the one at the Sports complex.
