  • It took 40 min just to get my order in for an oil change. The shuttle driver was waiting to pick me up at a different location after giving them the exact address. I was waiting 20 minutes outside my pick up address. The approximate time it tool for an oil change was 2 hrs 45 min. They have no sense of urgency when they know you are waiting. I will never return to this dealership!
