The ambiance at Andres is very appealing; very quiet (impressive since it's just off the casino floor) with private booths (tall backs) that made us feel like we were the only ones there. The service was top notch, discreet, and yearning to do everything they could to make sure we had an outstanding experience - they succeeded. Our menu selections included foie gras, salad, steak au poivre, rabbit medallions, petit fours, and creme brulee. All of the dishes were technical and complex, and they were all executed and presented beautifully. I'd highly recommend Andre's to anyone wishing for fine-dining French cuisine on the Strip.
