  • Bought a travel trailer at a dealership in Tucson, but CW will service it under the two year warranty. We took the trailer in for warranty repairs at the end of season last year as well as in November of 2017. Erich in the service department did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. Starcraft took forever in some cases to approve repairs, but that had nothing to do with CW. I would use CW again for repairs if I knew Erich would be the service adviser.
