  • We fly out of here a lot, it's the worst airport and it's still the same after 20 years!! The police officers that are outside where you come out after getting your bags are the rudest people to the customers I have ever seen. They will just scream at people and say the rudest things. They must forget some people don't travel often. Welcome to Cleveland!!
