  • I don't know how they got my number but they called and called and called. I made the mistake of answering the phone one of the times and told them that I would like an estimate but their lack of showroom and inability to accommodate my schedule meant that I could only send them measurements and that I could give them all the details they'd need for an estimate as I used to be in construction and know my stuff. The salesperson was rude as all heck. He kept on yelling and berating me about 11 options and how can a woman know which one is the best for her house etc.... I emailed the company to complain about this salesperson and to ask them if they had someone more professional with whom I could speak. So far they haven't deemed me worthy of that. I won't do business with people who yell at me and my window and door job will cost a minimum of 20k. I won't give a nickel to people like this. Learn a few manners and how to accommodate a potential customer instead of sending a mansplaining j--k to yell at them on the phone during work hours.
