This is one of the better No Frills locations that I've visited, but conditions rapidly deteriorate as the day wears on: get here EARLY. Stock is usually available for everything on my list and the produce is mostly good. They have excellent selection for a variety of brands that you won't find elsewhere. I don't buy much meat in general so I don't know if it's worse/better than other places. That said, the store owner felt it necessary to put up a sign advising people that packaged meat must remain packaged (no swapping cuts), leaving the impression that some shoppers here aren't the most hygienic. Bottom line - make sure it's well sealed.
Arriving here at peak times can be stressful unless you come prepared. There's the usual passive-aggressive rudeness I've learned to live with in Toronto grocery stores, but here at No Frills, there's also straight-up regular aggression. People will ram their way past you without batting an eye. Parking is usually full, so skip the headache and don't park in the line of fire near the entrance.
