I was visiting Scottsdale and what better way to stay in shape but to do my favorite workout in the megaformer. The big bonus was I even got a free class as that's their deal for first timers. My 6am class was full and instruction and caliber of serious students was high. Great kick your butt workout and I was sore the next day despite having done this workout for the last four years. Tip for newbies is to wear gloves. Their handlebars are not very padded so I found planking on my hands a bit painful.
