rev:text	First time in Arizona, everything is so convenient from where we are staying. The first day we went shopping, we noticed a mall like 1 minute away LOL. It was a little small but good enough to walk around. We bought a few things to take back home. Two days before we, we went to Things Remembered. The lady who assisted us was fabulous, patient. We were to pick up our items the next day because we were flying out within 48 hours. The next day came, we waited for a text msg as stated we were gonna receive, of when the items were done engraving. Well I had to call the store, only for someone to say it was ready. We head over back to the mall to pick up our items. All but one was done incorrectly. I wasnt about to leave the store with a messed up engraving. The associate went to look for another matching bracelet I paid for, to REDO the messed up one. She said "I think my shipment has it in there". So I asked how long will it take? She says she needed to finish these other ones shes currently doing but within 15 mins I will get you a new one done. Ok fine, my daughter & I walked around more & waited. We went back to the store only to find out they DID NOT have the same bracelet I purchased. I was asked if I wanted another bracelet (of course not the same price, the others were cheaper). I finally asked for a credit back onto my card. I gave it 3 stars because all in all, the mall itself was decent. However I wouldve given Things Remembered a 2 star. The lady who helped me the day before was very helpful. The pick up date, sucked. No calls when my order was done, & to find out my bracelet i paid for had a messed up engraving & no other one to replace it. Sad...
