I get an employee discount on my US Cellular bill, and annually I have to prove that I work there. I went to the store and Courtney was able to help me quickly and efficiently. But what I am writing about is what Courtney did that I hadn't expected or asked for. She reviewed our data plan, data use and concluded that we were paying more than we needed to because we were on an old plan and don't use a lot of data. Long story short, I walked out of there with my employee discount AND she modified our plan to reduce our overall bill by $20.
I really appreciate that US Cellular, or at least Courtney, is looking out for me. I've been with USC for more than a decade, and will continue this relationship EXACTLY BECAUSE OF THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This isn't the only time I've walked into a USC store and walked out extremely pleased with the service.
