I have never had such a bad experience here before...but tonight was the worst.
I was out celebrating my new job but before I could begin the party ended...
As we approached the door looking for our IDs..the bouncer started whispering something. At first I thought nothing of it and then he expressed that we couldn't enter because of the length of my friends shorts. (Umm excuse me!? It's hot..plus we didn't know there was a dress code.) However, my friend was dressed nicely so I asked to speak with the manager.
When the manager comes..the story changes and we are now offered to go in. (Well neither I nor anyone in my party changed clothes so what's different now..we had been waiting about 20 minutes to talk with the manager..oh and while we waited another young lady with shorter shorts on was not stopped..only carded and able to enter). Apparently as we walked up to the door another group of ladies with inappropriate clothing on was trying to get in as well and because we came up at the same time we were denied entry..(by this time I am very confused). The manager and I have a discussion but he doesn't understand why I'm upset with the service we received...and laughed at the matter.
I don't understand why we were denied entry and had to wait 20 minutes just to be told that we could go in..after the other group of ladies left. They weren't apart of my party so I didn't understand why we were having difficulties and no longer wanted to enter an establishment that treated potential customers like this.
I hope this wasn't a racial issue but I can't help but think that it was...the other group of ladies that wasn't allowed in were black and voluptuous. Although I agree that I could see one of the ladies butt checks and the midriff of another...which according to the bouncer was inappropriate that had NOTHING to do with my party. And as we were informed that we could now enter once that group of ladies left..the young lady that wasn't stopped due to the length of her shorts was white.
I will no longer be supporting this business and while this review has nothing to do with the food or products it has everything to do with the service and I encourage you to evaluate if you would support an establishment that would allow this to even have to been an issue.
