  • I don't even know where to begin. This place is a sham and the owner is unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I am not high maintenance by any means, I was just hoping to come here to unwind and enjoy the Groupon I was gifted. Unfortunately, that did not happen. First, it was extremely difficult to schedule and she rescheduled me multiple times (after confirming my appointments) with no explanation other than "your spot has been filled." Second, it is not at the address listed, and when I arrived (after asking people on the street where it was) I kindly informed Elena, the owner, of that. She snapped, "Same thing... just get inside" about the actual and posted addresses being different numbers! I should have left then, but I decided to give it a shot. Elena insulted me repeatedly, yanked my body around every time I was not laying exactly right, her music was skipping the entire time, her table was creaking very loudly nonstop, and the entire place smells very strongly of paint fumes. I legitimately could go on... For some tangible examples of her rudeness- She asked me if I had any areas that I wanted her to focus on and I told her I have been having some middle back and shoulder fatigue. She immediately snapped, "I am not a Doctor. I am a relaxation massage. Leave those comments for the doctor!" I was stunned and chalked it up to, possibly, a language barrier (she had a strong Russian accent). A few moments later I tried to ask her a little bit about herself and she snapped, "Hush. I am not a therapist OR a Doctor." What a disaster. I walked out of there feeling genuinely uncomfortable and disrespected.
