  • DO NOT GO HERE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. MY APPOINTMENT IN SEPTEMBER TOOK 2 HOURS! I ONLY WANTED TO CLEAN MY TEETH AND THEN POLISH! ALL I GOT WAS FLOSS! They didn't even clean or polish my teeth. And now I'm at the orthodontist and it's still the same. I have important plans at 11:30 and my appointment for today is 10. They're still not taking care of me. Then they complain about being short on people behind their patients which is ridiculous. Don't have a ton of patients when you know you can't handle it! So frustrated right now. I'm over here waiting for the longest time. This is the place where you do not need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. There's really no point.
