  • I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I have to because there are no other options. These idiots towed my car (brand new) from a parking lot when I wasn't even illegally parked. When I called, it took them 3 hours to even get anyone back to me. I was extremely late for work. Seriously, how hard is your job? You have to drive to a lot to give me back my car that shouldn't have been towed in the first place. Biggest joke of a company. Lazy work ethic and rude employees.
