  • I just took my son to get a haircut. This is our first time. When we entered the owner just told my son to go to a lady. I told the lady what my son wants. She just started shaving his head over and over. My son told the lady to make the top shorter and keep his bangs. What is rude is that the lady ignored him and cut shaved off all his hair. She was trying to make it even on both sides she continued to do that until my son was bald. The lady keeps on saying sorry sweetie it's what it is. When we were about to pay the owner asked what sized shaver was she used. She said size 1 then size 0. I asked the owner if she was new. The owner said yes she is new. My son was really upset he cried for a long time. I don't like that the owner just let the lady do anything with my son's hair. I will never go back to this place again. I suggest you don't go to this place and pay for them to experience how to cut hair.
