| - This review is a bit late as it's now March and I actually ate here in September. However, something about this restaurant has bugged the bleep out of me ever since I had dinner here.
On the bottom of the menu, in very small print, they have a disclaimer about food of animal origin, and a possible health risk if undercooked. While I'm OK about this disclaimer, much like consuming alcohol while pregnant, this restaurant charges a concession fee 4.7% to EVERY check. WTF??? I asked the server to explain if this was a Nevada thing or a Las Vegas thing and she said no, just some restaurants chose to add this charge.
In my opinion, this is the way the restaurant pays for it's insurance. Isn't that what overhead should include? To add a concession fee to every check, regardless of whether you ordered any food of animal origin, is ridiculous.
I only ate here because I was meeting my family and they had already chosen this location. The food was average and the service average - no complaints, but nothing to rave about either. It was a very crowded Saturday night and we had a group of 6 people. Food was timely and correct. That's important to me.
