  • TERRIBLE!!! That pretty much sums it up. WORST SERVICE AND A VERY BAD MANICURE!! Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business. To remove my previous gel polish, they had me soak my fingers in a large bowl of acetone filled up about 2 inches deep (too lazy to wrap each fingernail apparently). Although i tried to just soak my nails it was very difficult to do that. After 15 minutes of soaking, my fingers were so wrinkled and pieces of my nail polish were coming off. The woman (the owner/manager) was no where in sight. I stopped soaking and scraped off my polish myself. It got unbelievably worse - from using the incorrect polish...to filing my nails SO unevenly...to yelling at me to stop taking off my rings prior to putting lotion all over my hands. If this wasn't enough, this woman must have stopped in the middle of my manicure to do other things such as remove another customer's polish, watch tv, and leaving to do who knows what. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!
