This review is specifically for the conference center on the bottom floor.
My company is known for frugality, so it probably makes sense that we would choose this location for a group of 100+ software developers. We had a 2-day training meeting here and there were so many problems with this place. To start, given that we're all tech employees, the one thing we need for training as well as work is internet access. Most of us could not get (wired) internet access to work. Wireless was slow as molasses. Dial-up would have been faster. We had problems with the microphone as well. I also recall coming back from lunch and the power block that my laptop was connected to was off. Flipping the switches on the power block had no effect.
The coffee, water, and morning snacks that the hotel provided for us was very good.
