  • Stayed here for three nights this past weekend, and the HGI was comfortable, clean, and an enjoyable place to stay. However, the bed we had was like concrete. They advertise these adjustable firmness beds, but ours would not adjust, was set on the firmest setting, and was very uncomfortable. Numerous other people in our party said the same thing. We asked the front desk to send someone up to fix it, but they either never showed up, or it couldn't be fixed. The restaurant/bar had good food, and the servers were very helpful.
