  • NO WAY! The guy came in and was in and out of our house in 1 hr 15 min....its 2900 sq ft....I have never seen carpet cleaning that fast.....that's cause he didn't clean it. He sprayed it down and sucked it up....no soap, no steam, no bristles....nothing. He (Ricky) also scraped 6 of my corners with his hose.....when I say scrape, it took the paint of and scuffed it all up, plus left black skid marks as well. When we called and complained to the owner Mike, he said he would refund our money, which is the least he can do, but the carpets look no different, except his guy got them all wet....we wasted time to be there to have them done, as well has had to go retouch and paint the scuffed corners....so it actually cost me time....which we all know is money. DON"T USE THEM. To say the least, I could have hosed my carpets and sucked them up with a wet vac and done a better job. WASTED TIME. I think they should pay for someone who actually cleans carpets to come clean our carpets to make up for my wasted time and having to repaint my 6 corners and base boards.
