  • I kept hearing great things about Bachi Burger the last few times I've been to Vegas. So we finally made it here on this trip and wanted to see what the hype was all about. Since there were so many choices we asked our server for recommendations. She said the most popular ones were the Banh-Mi, Miyagi-san's, and Shogun burgers. I had the Miyagi-san's Burger: wagyu beef, chili mayo, fried egg, furikake, caramelized bacon, crispy onion rings. It was good but could have been a little more flavorful. I think the quality of the beef made the burger great. We shared 2 types of fries: Just fries served with pineapple ketchup which was literally just fries. I probably wouldn't order this again. Sweet potato fries served with yuzu citrus aioli. These fries were really good!! The portion sizes were pretty huge. 3 of us could not finish the 2 orders of fries and I could only finish 1/2 of my burger. It was a little pricey but your'e getting a lot for it. Glad I tired Bachi Burger but not sure I would come back again.
