rev:text	We were recommended by a different glass guy which was weird but we went with them thinking hed come out still. Scheduled on Saturday for monday date. Later I called back to ask about canceling the job because I couldn't get a hold of my insurance. I asked how much time they needed if I were to cancel. They said to call by 10am the day of the appointment. Well I didn't call and 30 minutes before the appointment I called to ask how to pay them. I found out they didn't have me scheduled anymore. They canceled my appointment and said someone called and canceled earlier which was not true. I told them no one canceled the job and she continued to tell me someone did. Didn't listen and I guess there's never a supervisor to speak to. They wouldn't even give any discount for their fault on canceling my appointment which was the only time I was available. Dont recommend the guys at all because they canceled my appointment and told me that i cancelled it. Crap.
