| - I'm not big on writing reviews, but I felt like it wouldn't do this place justice for me not to leave a review. If it was possible, I would like to give them more than 5 stars for their service!!
My husband and I went out of town for 7-8 days for my 30th birthday cruise/stay in Miami, and I didn't want my fur-babies in the kennel for more than a week. I had previously used our vet to board our dogs when we would go out of town for 3-4 days, but I felt like it would be cruel to have them in the kennel for most of the day while we were having fun, so I yelped dog boarding places and researched about 4-5 diff ones months prior to our trip and compared them.
I almost picked another dog boarding place for the price, but in the end I had a funny feeling about leaving my fur-babies with them. Toured Luxe Pet Hotel and immediately fell in love with the place. We were greeted by Zaneta (one of the owners) and she explained the pricing and the routine during boarding; I really liked her energy/enthusiasm. From what she asked me about my dogs, she really seemed to take an interest in their well-fare. Also, I could tell from how she answered all my other questions that she took pride in the quality of care they provide.
For all the dogs that were there and have been through there, the place smelled and looked very clean. Love the blingy accent wall behind the counter! They have a nice indoor and outdoor play area - so playtime no matter what the weather is like!
During my vacation, they sent me picture updates of the fur babies, which was such a huge peace of mind for me to be able to see how happy they were. I also paid extra to have my fur babies groomed before I picked them up and Brenda (groomer) did an amazing job!!! She worked magic on my german shepherd's overgrown fur and nails!! When we picked them up, they slept for most of the car ride from being tired out!! My lab mix looked sad to be leaving..definitely using luxe pet hotel for future boarding!!!
