  • My boyfriend and I worked with Clarke to find a rental and he was very professional and easy to work with. He set up MLS portal for available properties in our desired area and budget with email notifications when new listings were added. Any time we wanted to schedule a showing he made himself available for us at the dates and times we requested and usually on pretty short notice, which was super convenient. I think we toured about 5 or 6 properties with him over the course of a month or two (a mix of privately owned condos/townhomes and apartment complexes) and each time we met up he was right on time and everything went without a hitch. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a rental locating service or looking to buy or sell your home. Regarding the salty one star review left by someone that he apparently never called back - you're a grown adult, if somebody doesn't get back to you with promised information in a timely fashion maybe you should take the initiative to try at least calling or emailing them a reminder once before putting them on blast. As I mentioned above, Clarke always got back to us quickly/same day, so it must have just been an oversight because he is definitely legit.
