I recently ordered 30 chairs and of those 30 atleast 12 BROKE durning our party. One person completly fell back on the ground hurting their foot, forcing them to be seated the remainder of the party. I immedialty called the company and more chairs (upgraded) were brought out but the damage was already done. I waited until Monday to speak with the manager. They offered my a pathetic $30 credit. That is less than what I paid for BROKEN chairs!
