  • If I could give 0 stars I would..... Went in there because I needed a new digitizer on my iPhone 6 as one of the cables had snapped. Was told it was $160 and I gave the guy the go ahead. He also assured me that he used the "Highest Quality" parts. Went in 45 minutes later with the phone "repaired" and was told I was lucky the phone was still working... I turned the phone on and at full brightness it was like it was at the lowest brightness and I couldn't see a thing. I then asked what was going on with the brightness and was told that it was "damaged" in the process. Asked the guy what he wanted to do and was told to leave the phone overnight and he would be able to fix it the next day. Went back the next day to pickup phone and was told that they were not able to fix it and that I have to take it to the Apple Store. As I was not the one picking the phone up and someone else had gone for me I didn't expect them to know what to take back. But when I received my "phone" back I was given the "phone" with at least 2 or 3 parts missing. I then took it to CPR Cell Phone Repair on Dufferin St. and was assured with confidence that they would be able to repair my phone. Within 2 hours I had my phone back running like brand new and had to spend an extra $50 on a front facing camera because the "Stellar" technician at Stellar decided he would keep some parts of my phone. Such a shitty place and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. If you want quality service and parts at a place that actually cares about their customers, head out to CPR on Dufferin. They also have a few other locations in the GTA.
