Just like other reviewers.... home warranty company called them out to look at our washer. They looked, said it was due to over load and subsequently we were denied coverage. The technician failed to report ALL information to AHS. We replaced a visually broken shock (easy enough to do via YouTube and part was cheaper than the $75.00 warranty cost). Chicken or the egg, which came first? We believe this old machine that came with the house had a shock break due to age, and then the drum was out of balance during a full cycle (we weren't at home to stop it).
I am so done with AHS! Beware of United Appliance Services who is probably working the system and not providing service to customers. Getting the call out cash for no work or followup.
