Terrible customer service. Once you buy a vehicle from them, all their promises follow through. Promised to install an after market cruise control in my car, they conveniently lost the paperwork, and insisted that they "don't install aftermarket parts". They told me I could walk in for an oil change, then after driving from Moorsville to their Independence blvd location belittled me for waking in, told me it would be a 2 plus hour wait, and that they "probably wouldn't be able to fit me in." The lady in service department with the brown hair will take a less than friendly tone with you, roll her eyes, and imply that you're an idiot. Very unprofessional.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once you sign their paperwork on the car you buy, they will start treating you poorly because they've already gotten their money. Im sure there are better dealerships in Charlotte, perhaps carmax.
