  • Stood in line waiting for a the nice senior citizen lady did her best to accommodate all of us. All the while her co-workers (one seemed like a manager, since she talked so loud I could here her discuss company and personal business while joking and laughing) were chatting it up in the back, oblivious of people waiting and annoyed. I won't come here again. It's disrespectful for management to sit in the back while only one person works in front. Even worse that there conversation was so loud I could here every word. Karen is awesome though. She's the nice older lady that actually works here.
